chevy 4.3 liter

Anyone swap a chevy 4.3 liter in to a cj. I am having the tranmission transfercase and overdrive rebuilt. While I am doing this I have decided it would be a good time to swap engines. The T-90 will be rebuilt to mate with the 4.3 v6. I am buying a remanufactured engine. I have never done anything this ambitious before. Can anyone give me a list list of parts I will be needing, not necesarily part numbers but just a list of "stuff" I will need to get the rebuilt engine running. I have a friend that is going to help me who knows what he is doing. I on the other hand am a little lost.
