I had to replace the glass in my top and I got the seals in yesterday, its like a "H" type of thing with one side having like a part that folds under the side to "lock" it in place and keep the glass in. I was wondering if anyone has done this has any tips. I can get the glass in but that locking part isnt too easy to do. its almost like I need a tool or something.

    anyone??

I have done lots of glass and always spray the rubber with the aerosol type glass cleaner that foams up, makes it slippery. Some silicone spray would work even better, then I use a hook tool, which has a handle like a screwdriver and is about 6 inches long with a 90 degree bend on the end and comes to a blundt point.
Get it slippery, and take a standard screwdriver( an old dull screwdriver without sharp edges works best) and just work your way around, it should lock in pretty easy. Slippery is the key!

same thing with the slipery stuff, but take a length of nylon cord that is long enough to go around the seal in the body groove and leave a tail sticking out on each end. put the seal around the glass and hold it up to the hole with the tail of the line on the inside and slowly pull the line out of the groove. it will pull the lip of the rubber over the body flange as it comes out of the grove around the window opening. clear as mud right?
