M100 trailer bed pan replacement?

Discussion in 'Jeep Trailer Tech' started by evanjm, Sep 28, 2006.

evanjm Yeah, it's got an F-head.

I've got an old m100 that has a wonderfully large hole in the floor pan. Any ideas where I might be able to find a replacement to weld in?

    Thanks,
    Evan

Another source for floor panels is Darryl Bensinger:

It is my understanding that the Jeep Panels Plus parts are made in the US, and that Bensinger gets theirs from MD Juan in the Philippines. (MD Juan also supplies jeep body panels to Omix-Ada among others.)

Both Jeep Panels Plus and Darryl Bensinger have good reputations.

Yes, JeePanels Plus items are made in the US.

    56WillyCJ5 Oops! Actually 55WillyCJ5

I spoke to the guy at Jeepanels Plus and oddly enough, he talked me out of a large purchase in favor of a lesser one. Said what I wanted would be overkill! Rather refreshing to hear a vendor trying to prevent a potential customer from over-purchasing. Strikes me as very trustworthy!

I've not purchased the trailer panel I needed from him yet, but intend to do so when I start on my M416 project.

Anybody got any pics or the rear of the M100 trailer? I need to know where the stars or star goes on the back end. some say one in each top corner, others say one star only. Any help? Doug
