WTB Roof Rack (wtb)

    Something that would fit (or that I could customize.). Basically looking for 2 cross bars and mounts. I’m in RI. Figured I’d check here first bf bookface

    Buy the clamps, the tube is basically 16ga 1" if I recall.

    I have this rack that came with a top I bought some years ago. Proportionally, it's like it was made to fit. It sits completely flat.

    It's retro and to me seems period correct. Sturdy enough for a canoe at least.

    These are the best pics I have for it currently. I'd take more but this top is kind of buried at the moment. I remember that one of the cross bars has a bit of a bow, but that won't be anything too difficult to deal with. Chrome is a bit pitted. PM me if interested.

    No kidding, that road bike would lift a wheel on the jeep when I took a sharp turn.

    Ya, the 100lb tent should make for a ride!

    this is mostly a “ back 40” vehicle but occasionally a store run.

    maybe time for widening the stance w duals….;)
