Does this look like a factory installed mount? I'm unsure if I'm dealing with an adapted 4F frame or if this is a factory V6 frame. I'm accustomed to seeing the Hurricane mounts rivited to the frame so I was surprised to see weld.
    Thanks

Looks like a factory mount. Welds a little rougher than factory, may be a factory mount transplanted

In the 70's I purchased the OEM V6 mounts from a Jeep dealer and used them to swap a 231 odfire into my 64 CJ5.
Installed they looked just like that.

Are the originals welded across the rail? I thought that was a bad idea. Parallel with the rail is good. Though I've seen some poor quality Jeep factory welds, looks Shadetree to me.

Here’s what my engine mount looks like on 1970 cj5 with dauntless. Not sure if that’s factory or not though.

1969 CJ5. The edges on yours look like have been cut off a different frame and then welded.
