Want to rerun all new wires and new gauges does anyone have any wiring diagrams for a 67-69 (unsure of the exact year) cj5, with a 231 Buick v6.

Here is one for a standard CJ5 with the F-134. You may have to make some adaptions but there would not be much difference just because it has a different engine.

If you buy the FSM for your year, it will include a wiring diagram.

When you mention the 231, was the Jeep originally a 225 and now has a 231, or was the 231 swapped in to a 4-cylinder Jeep?

If you just need a wiring diagram for inspiration, Jeep used a similar point-to-point style wiring scheme through the 1974 model year. In 1975, they changed from inline fuses to a regular fuse panel, on a GM-style combined fuse panel and firewall bulkhead plug. If you wanted this type of harness, you could copy the parts of the '75 harness that applied to your Jeep. There is a '74 FSM with wiring diagram here: JeepĀ® Parts Manuals online

You can buy the FSMs for any of these years on paper or CD-ROM at RockAuto. Avoid the Haynes or CHilton's manuals.
