Guess I’m A Quitter Now

Today, I traded the yellow tux park cj5 for this 06 TJ. Has a bunch of mods done and needs some work. 4.0 liter and a six speed. Has a ford 8.8 rear end, slip yoke eliminator kit, wj knuckles and a bunch of other mods.

Looks great, and nice score on the 6 speed! Did it come with extra hard doors?

 

Yes it did. The hard top is missing the rear glass too. I'm thinking of getting a soft top with half doors.

 

Ohh back glass is spendy. The tint shop shattered mine and had to buy a new one

Wish you were not on The wrong end of the country. I’ve been looking for decent doors for Anna’s , but lately hard door prices have shot up over $1000

That is the last model they had the I6 in I believe. The newer ones come with the V6.

I'd be happy to own it.

 

i'll just keep my thoughts to myself on this.

 

06 was the last year of everything cool. 07 was the first year of the jk with the v6.

I had an orange 06 rubicon back in high school. 4.0 with a 6 speed. I sold it to buy my truck. I kind of miss it, so it is nice to have a TJ back. The TJ is the best of the Chrysler jeeps because they have nice suspension and are the same size as a CJ7.
