We thought it was a bracket for the A/C compressor, no part number that I can see. Thanks. 20210216_181006.jpg

According to the FSM it does not look like 4 bangers or the earlier and late model V-6's. air pump bracket
Can copy and post pics of the air pump mount if you want to see the difference.

Ok Ajohns Dad here. Our first 71 V6 came with dealer installed Jeep approved a/c. Is it possible that this bracket held alternator and compressor mounted in front. The mounting holes look identical to alternator mounting lay out..

    jpflat2a what's that noise?

    It's a 72/73 AMC V8 emission pump bracket...less power steering.

Definitely not an AC bracket. I have that set-up on my Commando and it's very different.

I'm sure, the one from my 304 looks exactly like that.
