Here are a few pics. They do indeed appear to be rebuilt a while back. You will need to plug the smog ports on one of the heads.

 

Thank you everyone for your responses. I have gotten heads from norcal and am in the process of giving them a once over.

Already done brother. Guides were knerled so I'm going ahead and replacing them. Aside from that they were in good condition thank you for your help.
