2" Springs On 2.5" Axel Pads??

    Can I run 2' springs on an axel that has 2.5" pads on it?

    I put 2.5” springs on 2” pads but not sure about the other way around. You would have to have 2.5” u-bolt plates as well to clear the pads leaving a gap between the u-bolts and springs, not sure if that would cause any weird twisting of the springs? Hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in!

    Just make sure the Ubolt plates are strong, as the holes will be spaced out from the spring causing the plates to bend, and the ubolts to splay outward like a deer on the ice.
