Dip Stick Length.

    Hey guys, I'm looking for the dipstick length for a 304 in a 74 cj5. It was missing on my new jeep.

    26 1/4 from the top where it slides in to the tube. From end 2 1/2 to add mark 3 1/4 to full I go six quarts so full in mine is 4.

    In addition to measuring, fill with the recommended amount and run for a few minutes. Check and mark the full level on the stick.
