im planning on putting on some Interco 9x32-16 tires on stock rims. I want to install inner tubes for safety. Does anybody know of a source of tubes to fit these rims and tires. I understand that the wheels have offset stems so they might be hard to find if at all.

    Checked with TireRack?

Or I'd just search ebay, me.

Found some 700 750-16 on eBay. Found some specs on line. The stems are tr15 for the rims for reference. Just got an education on inner tubes.

You might try Coker Tire. they sell all kinds of classic car tires.

Just curious what your reason for this is....99.9% of vehicles on the road have tubeless tires.

The older Willys rims were riveted, not welded. In most cases, the rivets are not air-tight. I found out about this when I was about 14 and my tires kept loosing air after swapping rims. I remember my rims bubbling when I got stuck in a big puddle.
