Complete New Body For My 76 Cj5

I have a 76 CJ5 I6 232 that I am restoring. Literally no usable body pieces (though I do have a very nice canary yellow fiberglass one-piece front end that I would let go for $400). I have it striped down to the frame on jack stands in my garage. I want a compete "new" body for it (I am not going for a monster truck nor am I concerned about a concourse build). The research I have done tells me that I should not buy bodies direct from the Philippines due to way loose quality control and body jigs and that Jay @ Willy's Overland is the man. I see what sounds like a reasonable mid-term with Kaiser Willy's - does anyone have any experience that they would share with this outfit? Thank you in advance. tobascofred

 

There is a place in Nashville Indiana, that sells the MD Juan bodies cheaper than the other guys. I ran across there ad on CL. Check Louisville Ky or indy CL.

 

I think that any aftermarket tub is going to need tweaking to fit right. comes down to price and your willingness to make it fit.
