Does anyone know if you can fully rebuild the internals on a WARN Locking hub? One of my got a hard time after the wheel bearing collapsed. I need more than just the 7200 parts kit.

    Looking for suggestions

The bearing bore looks to be toast on that one.

That was my thought too but I wanted another opinion.

Are WARN hubs still the best to buy?

I agree with Daryl, and yes, they are. You might check for a good used set. They come up for sale frequently.

Warn locking hubs have a lifetime guarantee regardless how they fail. Just call customer service and they’ll send you a new one. I’ve done this twice in the last twenty years on hubs I damaged on the trail. They don’t require the broken unit to be sent in.

Maybe. And if you are the original purchaser of the hubs. I would still try but that is not a hub failure, that is an owner, maintenance, or other parts failure. Warn is not owned by Mike Warn and hasn't been for years. It's gone through several large business conglomerate owners and the cash has been the bottom line. I'd still try, well worth it, but don't be surprised if they say no. Mike was a no questions asked kind of guy who was a wheeler all over the world and willing to support the 4x4 community even if little or no profit in it.
