    Some have asked about updates on the old "6"

    Adding more photos, modification descriptions.

    I don't know if it was noticed but the front half of the tub was replaced. The weld seam is in the door cut out.

    One of the reasons to do the upgrades was to gain more room under the hood for the larger radiator. This will also allow me to run my O.B.A. that I had to remove when I changed to the LT1

    Also added Hydro-boost brakes, it really needed power brakes. New wiring too.

    I noticed that when we are driving around looking for ditch chickens the Dodge truck has the A/C on and I am eating dust and overheating

    More like 1 1/4 Jeeps. I used the back CJ-6 half to a Cj-5 front half and used the later long hood and fenders.
    The old frame and other parts will be for sale soon. Nothing wrong with the hardware, just too short for the Chevy small block in the engine compartment.
