I'd say yes based on the cover.

Going by the cover alone, yes it's a 25. The number, 25 or 27, is cast somewhere on the top half of the carrier (pumpkin). Should be evident with some scraping of the crud and then a wire brush.

Yeah besides the 27 would have a vent on top of the carrier casting.
Also the 27 would not come from the factory with brake tubes attached to it.

I scraped the top half. The left side had a series of numbers, but not a 25 or 27. The right side says "Front Axle"...go figure!

It is not in the area/webbing to the top left or right of the cover but on the very top....kind of facing the engine oil pan. In any case, the consensus is that it's a 25 so, your question is answered. (y)

Now that's a great question! It's titled as a '67, and the SN reflects a '68 V6, from Canada. On the other hand, it has the F134, 6V system, Dana 25, 5.38...So, aside from the tub and data plate, the jeep appears to be much earlier than the title suggests.

Sometimes the the model number is cast on the bottom right support web when looking at the cover. Most 27's have a 27 cast onto the top of the carrier as mentioned and as also mentioned the 25 has the vent in the cover and the 27 has the vent also in the top of the carrier.
