Is This A Military Jeep Trailer?

Just posted locally:
"Military Type Trailer" $450 or best offer....only information on ad..
Is this a real Military trailer or home made type...anyone reconize this type of trailer?

I called this morning, just got a recording device.
Sorry about the pictures, not able to enlarge.

 

1. Could be a mil trailer- the military had a variety of them for all kinds of different uses
2. Could be a mil one that has been modified
3. PO fabricated
Does it have a pintle hook?
I'd lean to military. Why would the PO fabricate something like that?
Also the wheels are unusual for civilian. Last thought, up in your part of the country, this may be of Canadian origin

 

What country's army?

Possibly a field kitchen, gen-set, or some other special purpose, but my guess is not mil-spec, I just don't see military features and quality.
