Dana 27 Warn Hubs

I did a search and I have been looking for a while on the internet. One of my Warn Premium hubs slammed a rock and bent one of the "pins" inside the hub. Now the hub will only engage sporadically or not at all. I tired bending it straight and it did help a little. When searching for repair parts all I can find are rebuild kits that only include gaskets and screws. Anyone have any suggestions?

Got a picture of which hub you have. 10 spline hubs are cheap.

 

I remembered I bought a set from someone on here. I have been trying to install them but ran into an issue. I have been messing with the snap ring on the end of the axle for a couple hours now. I cant seem to get the axle out far enough to install the snap ring.
Any ideas? I think someone else here had the same problem. I'll do a search.

 

I have read in the past of leaving the snap ring out. Your problem of the snap ring not having enough groove to fit in is a common problem and doesn't cause a problem being left out.

I did a search and read that in a number of threads. I'll give it a few more tries tomorrow and if I cant get it I'll just leave it out!

 

We know I am a Jeep owner so I must be a little bit insane anyway Don.

 

I left the c clip off and installed the new hubs. Seems to be working fine.

 

My hubs broke!! Anyone have a set to sell?
