Which Parts are needed for a dana 27 disc conversion without grinding?

I have read a number of posts concerning the conversion to disc brakes for the dana 27, but I have not found the parts list that works without grinding on the knuckle. There are a couple of venders that offer the option, but I want to be able to find the parts local if I ever have a problem. Too many venders have gone out of business, and I don't want to use a custom part unless it is something like the caliper bracket. Life is much easier if I can walk into a parts house and give them a part number rather than have them look it up and tell me that the computer says that the part I want did not come on a jeep.

90 looks and no answers. Has anyone used one of the kits that claim you don't have to grind on the axle. With my luck, I will create a leak at the flange.

I suggest R&P. I have bought some stuff from them, great service and advice and fabulous shipping. I'd buy their disk kit for my 27 and rear 44, but I just found those same setup with 11" drums and lockers on my local CL. Going that route for now.

R&P now has a "small" disc brake kit also available where there is no grinding on the knuckle and the rotor fits on the outside of the hub so you do not need to machine the backside of the bearing hub. This is a new offering they just came out with. It is smaller than the 1/2 ton conversion but still works great with up to 33" tires. They recommend the 1/2 ton conversion for larger tires.
