Needed a way to hold beverages (or other stuff).
Used 3" PVC and 1/8" plate. Screwed through bottom of plate into edge of pipe and used #6 locknuts as spacers for drainage gap.

Where did you get your seat belts? I'm about to paint my rig, & recalling the lap belts I had in my old CJ5, they constantly chipped the paint on the floor boards.

    Galen - seat belts are from a 2001 Ford Explorer. Bracket is made from 1/4 x 1 1/2 strap with 1/4 x 3 x 8 plate doubler under the floor. :)
