      Thanks,

I know, I've thought of that but decided in the end to move forward with changing it up. In all honesty, I haven't seen the "premium" prices that a lot of people say 5a's bring. My goals are to have a stock or nearly stock runner with a steel body that works the way it should mechanically. For me the best route to accomplish that is to use the jeep(s) I currently have.

I bought this for $700 from a listing on this web site because it had a new floor pan, the seats were orig. and in great shape (60/40 front, a rear seat, plus matching jeep seat cushions for the rear wheel boxes that snap in place) the frame, engine, and mechanical stuff looked really clean. The bad parts are that the previous owner had let water into the engine (it's siezed), cut the wiring harness in half, removed the steering column and shifting mechanism (it came with the jeep) and the remainder of the rear tub should be replaced.
