Well i went out to start after a long build and guess what--it will not turn over:(:?
I have tried break free and wd40 in each one of the cylinders and nogo.
I have tried turning the crank nut and no dice.
This thing ran like a top before i started this build.

Any and all suggestions please ......

    Frustrated and confused:?:(

Make sure you have it out of gear - even pull the drive shafts if possible to verify the issue is in the motor and not something else locked up. Being in AZ, if it was running before, unless something fell down in the motor it should turn over now. Rust is not an issue for us (most of the time, unless it was exposed to the weather).

It may just be something locked up or not set right...

Well i filled up each cylinder with wd 40 and breakfree, let it set a little longer and guess what.
Finally broke free and now the garage is a mess.
Should have used a rag to block the spark plug holes.
I guess i was a little impatient, should have waited a little longer before posting up.

    mb82 I feel great!

In the future just a note. WD40 is not a penetrating lube and really does not help loosen things up. PB blaster or 3in one Penetrating lube( both available at Lowes) are good choices. WD40 does a great job at what it was intended for, displacing water, it is not really a lube contrary to what the WD40 marketing department says.

    BINGO!
WD-40 stands for Water Displacement # 40. It's a military designation. "Kroil", "Nuts Off", Zep "Super Penetrant" all are good choices as well depending on what you have available to you. Even ATF or Marvel Mystery Oil is better than WD-40 for breaking things loose.

Thanks for the future suggestions, now if i can work up enough nerve to put gas into it.
New plugs, fuel filter and rear gas tank.
    Maybe this week.
