Hello, I just acquired 4 rims that are for stock tires...Question is that 2 of them are 15x5.5 with the letter K at the end and the other 2 are 15x 4.5 and are stamped with Kassylesser (something to that affect) on them...these ones are riveted and the first 2 are solid (welded)...Two rims have some dents on the rims lip, but I don't think they should be a problem mounting tires on them...I'll try to upload some picture ASAP..At this moment, they're being cleaned up..I'm trying to get some rust off of one of them...

Should it be a problem if I mount 10 9.5 R15 on the 5x4.5 rims?...

Thank you in advance for viewing and replying back to this post..:)

Not quite sure what you mean by 10 9.5 R15 but you need a very skinny tire for a 4.5" wide rim

The 4.5" rims won't be optimal for those tires but they will probably work in the short term. A better solution would be to find another pair of wider rims. If you stay with the 4.5" rims you will probably want to drop the air pressure some to keep the full tread in contact with the road, and to keep from wearing out the centers of the tires.

Thanks for that information, however; will they work with the 15x5.5 rims?...Reason why I ask is because I have a set of 30.9.5 R15 tires that I would like to mount on.

Are you sure you’re talking about rim width and not bolt pattern?
While a 4.5” to 5.5” wide rim is pretty narrow a 5 (lugs) on 5.5” spacing or 5 on 4.5” lug spacing are common Jeep bolt patterns.

He's talking about rim widths on stock Jeep wheels.

Here is the Make and the number stamped on the rim.
