    Guys,
I just ordered and picked up from the distributor a new set of BDS springs to go on the '69. Once I had the spring packs unstrapped from the pallet I saw this....

The set of front springs have a matching arc, but the rear set do not. There is close to an inch difference in the arc from one rear to the other rear spring.
I have fired off an e-mail to BDS about it, but got no reply yet as it was Saturday evening. Hopefully by Tuesday I'll get a response from them.

Has anyone else encountered issues like this from BDS?

I dont know... I had a 4" BDS lift and had no trouble with them or the company. I even had an accident that was non off road related that bent a spring, and as there add states, they replaced it for free. I am sure you will reach or hear from them and the issue will be addressed. I was impressed with there service..
Good luck and keep us posted..

Skip emailing them if you want fast response. Give them a call. I'm sure they'll make it right. That's definitely not right.

Are they on the pallet for convenience of the picture? If you set them on a flat surface sitting on the eyes, how far off are they?

I'd just put the one with more of an arc on the drivers side to compensate for the notorious Jeep lean.

The Pro Comp springs I got are made the same way

So, I got ahold of BDS customer service, a fellow named Ted Yearling. He told me that they spec the arc of the springs to match within 1/4 inch. He told me to measure mine using a straight edge placed over the centerline of the mounting holes in the spring eye, then measuring to the top of the spring pack.

I got measurements of 6" on the flatter of the two, and 6 3/4 on the other. When I talked to Ted again with those measurements he told me the nominal spec is 6 1/8 for those springs, so it sounds like one of them is over arched.
Using a tolerance of +- 1/8", the springs could be anywhere from 6 to 6 1/4. They are looking through their stock for another one that is at the top end of the range for me.

I would put the spring with the most arch on the drivers side and run them. They usually settle some once you run em anyways.
