    Sorry for the large photos.

Any one have some picts of their OEM swing away tire carrier? I had used my partster as template for making the holes and well now it's gone.

I have an idea of the location of the 3 brackets just want a visual confirmation.

This is my carrier. I'm thinking the hinge side is a bit low (only held on with one bolt). So my guess is that it need to be flush with the panel line.

Also any thought of stiffening the body? Seems a bit week to be taking the bounce of a 31" on it. Was thinking take a 1/8 steel or alum plate as doubler on the inside of the body.

If you give me till tonight, I can get pics of the carrier on the back of the Commando we are working on for you... It's gonna go away as Sheldon wants it off of the bumper when we redo it.

My Ramcharger has steel plate backers inside the body panels. Wouldn't use aluminum because of corrosion. The bounce while supported will not be the highest loading. That comes when the rack gets swung open to the stop, be careful of it getting away from you, will kink the quarter for sure on that design.

FWIW - this is now off and sitting in a pile. Sheldon wants custom bumpers and gate items that we will build on it.

Guessing it's a Kayline carrier. And the tubing one above is Whitco. I presume :)
