Steel axle shims (where to get 'em)?

    Hey guys,

I just swapped in some waggy axles and springs and I need some STEEL 2.5" x 6 degree caster adjusting shims. EVERYONE has aluminum, but everything I read says you should use STEEL to prevent them from breaking and getting spit out.

Anyone on the board have any, or can make some ? The only local shop that has them wants $25 each for them which seems a little steep.

    Thanks in advance !

Mcruff can make any degree shims you need....I've used his shims twice now, good quality and quick to my door. PM him

Get steel shims if you want to, but I have never seen aluminum shims fail.
