I am upgrading a CJ3B Dana 25 front axle with a later CJ axle. The later axle has the two brake hoses going directly into the wheel cylinders. Would anybody know the part number for the steel brake line that would go along the frame under the radiator.

These part numbers are for a 76 CJ5 but should get you in the ballpark. Of course with hard line sometimes the best bet is to bend up your own.

ACDELCO 18J72 for the front 2 soft lines going from the frame to the cylinders.

    I found this online

But maybe another option is to keep your existing single line to the axle setup and just bend a new hardline for the axle instead?

A lot of NAPA parts stores have a rack of “ Bundy-Flex” pre-made hard lines (straight) that you can measure to roughly match yours. You will likely need an inexpensive hand tubing bending mandrel to make nice bends duplicating your original. The racks are often near the front desk in many stores.
