F134 Oil Capacity & Dip Stick Length

    I'm not sure of the correct oil capacity for my F134, my spec's call for 4qts. Doe's this include the filter?
    The dip stick say's otherwise. Is there a difference between the F134 & L134 dip sticks ?

    FSM calls for four quarts in the engine, and one quart extra in the filter.

    You have an FSM, right? :D

    Thanks Pete, I don't know what FSM is, I have an old copy of specs for the engine and other service data for the entire Jeep of the era.
    Just wanted to check with with others with more knowledge.

    I don't see any reason why the L and F head wouldn't have the same dipsticks. The oil pan and oil filter are the only "reservoirs". Five quarts total with the oil canister full, mine generally shows just a bit over the full line on the dipstick.
