I found a set of doors in good shape. They line up with the hard top, but not the hinges that were on the body. Does anyone have a set of doors like this and can you get me a pic of the hinges that mount to the body? Also could I get an ID on the make of the doors?

The doors are from a Kelly Bonanza top. Let me see if I can find a hinge picture or maybe someone else has one handy.

Could you get a closeup of the upper and lower hinges?

So i tore the doors down to see if I could make the windows roll up again. Not what I was expecting.

After a lot of disassembly---lube---reassembly repeat, I finally got it working again.

I did the same thing to mine, works ok. Your work reminds me I need to try to lube mine.

Test fit of the "new" door. I only have the drivers side window working right now so the straps will only hold one. I am beginning to think this project is all in vain since it looks like it will be warm before I finish.

Its not a flush fit but for a mismatched pair I think it will work great.
Also note the "new" wheels! rocking the 50 year old inner tubes! Yes they will get replaced.

I made some hinges for the lower because that was easy, the uppers will take a bit more effort.

    Hinges look good!

Door seems to match up pretty good.

I'm sure you see that the upper hinges bolt to the 2 holes in the front side of the windshield?

Yep, that's why I made the lowers first. It may take a couple of tries to get the upper hinge right.

Thats awesome thanks. And... that is nearly identical to the upper hinge I just made! upper hinge.jpg

Tack welded for initial fit. Full welding and paint if it works.
