My D44 has 2.5 OD axle tubes. I bet yours do too. I have 2.5 inch wide YJ springs. i need a source for these. I can make them, but the going price for a pair is under 30 bucks. So who makes them? lots of 3" OD axle tube or 2.75 axle tube perches out there.

    thanks.

I looked at their stuff, but i guess you can't find what you're looking for in terms of axle size or D44, so i found this place

25 bucks a pair shipped. they do sell longer ones, but I don't think I need them longer. I bought 2 sets. One for my fullfloat and another to set my d30 caster right and get rid of shims someday when Im bored.

Bart's shop is a few miles away from me..........and they do a good job on all there products. Young guys , hard workers........but understandably can't build everything one may need for every build. On my build most of the brackets are "One off", I supply a drawing and they squeeze it into there production laser cutting when the right material is on the table. Used to build all my brackets and still do some.........but the laser is so trick.........+/- .003-.005" even the bored bolt holes.......no slag, no clean up or prep at all , Saves me allot of time and no eating grinding dust!

So you know the guys? Thats great. Their price was great, they had what I wanted and yes, no grinding dust or buying 2, 2.5" hole saws. Its cheaper for me at that price to buy them made than to make then myself.

Yes I do.........Nice guys, work there butts off.......been at it for about 7-8 yrs in the Bay Area.....but not at that same location. In the past two years they made the jump to light speed ( at least in the business since) when they bought a used 20 ft laser burning table and more recently a few used Hass CNC turning centers........they keep that stuff making parts 12-16 hours a day.

I'm overly impressed and I've told them that many times how good it makes me feel to see them bust there butts to get ahead and move forward..............not much of that go-getter quality or mentality left anymore among some of the young folks!

I second RuffStuff. I looked, and used stuff from them and Barnes Offroad as well. Both were great.
