I remember someone mentioned a "Double Seal" for the rear output. Can anyone provide a part # or link?
Thanks for your input.

Amazon has it.SKF 15655
I think there is also a version marketed by National. You need to either use a sharp utility knife and reduce the felt "seal" to half thickness or just leave it out. Also Federal-Mogul 473229.
Same p/n as F-M, also Timken as well. I actually put two of these in Tonk & still had room for a thin felt.I think there is also a version marketed by National
Your results? I have not had the double seal installation leak.Installed double seals and felt on both the front and rear output shafts on my D- 20 and on my d-18.
I have not had a leak on either the front or rear out put since installing the double seals on the D-20. I have probably 3-4K miles so far. The results are still undecided on the D-18, as I only drive it occasionally, maybe 500 miles on it in 4 years. But so far no leaks. I cannot remember for sure but I am thinking I used National seals and packed plenty of grease in between the seals because the outer seal won’t be getting any gear lube.Your results? I have not had the double seal installation leak.
Same here on my 18.have not had a leak on either the front or rear out put since installing the double seals
I did as well.I used National seals and packed plenty of grease in between the seals because the outer seal won’t be getting any gear lube
I think I did too, and maybe assembly lube on the other one. Either one appears to work ok.I used wheel bearing grease on that outer seal.
