Dana 25

I'm working on a 1946 CJ2A. I can get all the internal parts to rebuild the axles, but is there a place I can order a new or reman Dana 25 tube? Kaiser Willys shows it on their diagram but does not offer a part number. Any sources?

I'd think you could find several 25 housings for the cost of sourcing bare tubes.
In the day, Jeep would have sold the complete axle or the bare housing.

Yep. You can probably find a complete, serviceable axle for the cost of one piece from Kaiser Willys. That and I have absolutely no trust in most of the aftermarket replacement parts being sold today. The caveat is finding one close to you. Where are you located?

Gonna be hard finding an axle tube or housing in "Nunya" but if I were closer i might know people that recently moved on to a D30
