FYI, these are nice covers that are significantly cheaper (I paid $128) than most other comparable covers. The heavy bottom lip is 7/8" thick and the upper approximatly 2/3's has a 5/8" thick lip. All the Allen head bolt heads are completely recessed. Weight is 8lbs 2 oz. The very generous high fill port and level plugs are both o-ringed aluminum items. I am installing these on both ends of my TJ.
