Windshield Vent Gasket 3a Windshield

I’ve been looking for a gasket for the windshield vent on the 3A windshield I have on the 47. Searched the forum and didn’t get any hits. Checked partdude4x4 and several other vintage part sites, but no luck.

anyone know who has a vent gasket? My DIY version leaks like there isn’t a gasket.
 
Been looking for one for about 53 years now I've never seen one. Dad Duct taped it closed when he had CHUG and I have a home made Neoprene foam gasket it is better then nothing but in a good rain storm its the passengers job to keep the gauges from getting soaked.
 
I’ve been thinking I need to use a piece of vacuum hose, split on side and slip it over the lip on the windshield.
