So has anyone located the correct part number for the small u-joint?
Also Im looking for information on how to connect my dana 30 to the stock 2 piece front driveshaft that came with my jeepster. I have a v-6 with t-400 tranny.
The dana 30 has the larger yoke on it. Im thinking I can cut off the small end off the 2 piece driveshaft and install a ??? correct one whatever that is.
Lastly, It looks like to me that the steerign ujoints that I have (saginaw steering) and the driveshaft ujoints are the same size??

RockAuto.com stated the Precision 361 is correct. I purchased the Precision 361 but have not attempted to install them yet. If it would be helpful I can take measurements of it tonight.

Also, while doing my search I found the following to be the same in size.

    Alternative parts:
    Spicer 5-248X
    Neapco 1-0248
    Precision 361

The 248 is definitely the correct part number. My FLAPS also sold me the 361, but they do not fit. Caps are too tall, they don't fit into the yoke retainers properly.
