I have A Tux Park with a factory 134 and the three speed Columb shift, I am wanting to install a 225 v-6 in this jeep. Will the bell housing off of the v-6 be in the way of the columb shift linkage and if not will I have a problem with the change over or should all bolt up with out any quams!

Your column shift tranny is a T-90. It is not a direct bolt up to a 225. There have been many write-ups about installing 225's in place of the 4's and no it's not going to be a direct bolt-up. Others will elaborate on this.

My Buick V6 is mated to the T90 via an adapter and new bellhousing. It is not a direct swap.
