I called FiTech when putting mine in. They told me to just put it on one side, did not need to read all 6 cylinders. One big issue is having it where the wiring or sensor will not get hung on something while off-roading. I put mine on the drivers side, which I pick because it was the easiest place to weld it in.

Here is a helpful way to mark angles on U bends when processing them up. Just slide the zip tie around to 45 degrees.
An adjustable head drywall T square works really well too!

I'll be back on it this afternoon. ;)
I had to take yesterday off to go over to Glen Ellen, Ca to disassemble a redwood water tank built in the late 1800's. All heart redwood, square nails, steel rings with hand drawn rivets. My wife's grandfather's family were good friends of Jack London. Supposedly Jack helped build the water system for the home which was built in the 1890's.
    Back to the exhaust today!

My wife’s grandfather grew up in the house and used to go get water from the tank for bathing, cooking, ect…. He was born in 34’ and lived there with his aunts until his high school graduation.
There is another water tank that is larger, further up the hill. We are hoping to disassemble it as well a d mill the redwood into WP4 pattern and install it in the ceiling of our kitchen…. When our house is built.

Unfortunately I do not. I am told that there are old family photos with the tank in the background.

I got a little further on the exhaust yesterday. I'm not sold on this configuration yet, that is why it is only clamped in place.

Is that going to heat you oil pan?

I ran my 71' like that for years and honestly don't think it gets the oil any hotter.

I do not think it will be an issue. The 16ga stainless pipe also holds the heat in quite well.

I wrapped mine down to the mufflers from the manifolds with the cheap Amazon kit. You can almost keep your hand resting on it.

I must say, this routing is surprising to me. Not doubting it, but I would not have thought to go that way. I recall there are plenty of passenger cars that cross over in the front, but none of them have front axles like this. I'd go across either in the notch between the pan and the bell, or between the bell and the transmission. Maybe in-front or behind the cross-member and avoid the front driveshaft altogether. Or I'd go all the way to the back with duals, and add a balance pipe.

Mine runs between the pan and bell, but to be fair, I'm using rear-dump exhaust manifolds, so the routing sort of naturally lends itself to it.

I'm curios how you'll get around the transfercase routing down the right side. It seems you almost have to go down the left side to route inside the frame rails.

I would have crossed over there, but I would be sacrificing ground clearance.
I am running a D20. Which makes some things easier..... and some thing harder.

With the T18 transmission, there is just no room to cross over under the drive train without loosing 2" of ground clearance.

I purchased the merge in hopes of giving the passenger side pipe a little bit of a run before merging with the drivers side. My thinking is that a length of pipe before the merge would give the passenger side exhaust pulse time to smooth out before meeting the drivers side, which has a much longer distance to travel.
The easy route of course is to blend the the drivers side into the passenger side up close to the passenger side header collector.
I may end up having to go that route, but I'm gonna cut up a few bends and see if I can cleanly navigate around the starter and drive shaft.

I guess you will be able to drop the exhaust pipe to access/remove the oil pan.
