Looks to be in in pretty good condition is it in the driveway yet?
Cool factor X 1000
You need that...
The no title thing.. Other than that its cool as all get out.
interesting front brake hose . I think
Cool as all get out.......No Title = $1K , round ' chere.
Looks like a dump bed.
Yep, appears it's a dumper. Wish I had a use for one.
If you had one, you'd find the uses!
Hard to believe it used to be new at one time, rolling off an assembly line
I like it. If someone got it running and fixed the worst rust areas it would look good as is. The yellow with the patina looks bada$$. But yes it does seem overpriced without a title. I wonder what kind of drivetrain it has?
I think the individual who originally posted this would be an excellent person to revive this vehicle. He's almost done with his current project, right?
Guys, if I could, this would be a pic from my driveway, and the title would be “Look what I just scored” I’d love nothing more. But... priorities...
Reasonably straight, solid, and complete. Thus making it a good candidate for a daily user, or a glamorous show truck.
AND four-wheel drive.
Very cool! I can't say I've ever seen the "Chevrolet" embossed on the sidepanel below the hood. I also love the bends in the rear view mirror arm. The round corner dump bed looks to be in suprisingly good shape. I wonder if the dump bed is original to this truck?
I know, but since I already have a 6x12 dump trailer it would be a stretch.
Interesting a Modern Top Kick 2 axle dump truck will license at 30,000 and be a 5 yard dump truck. That rig has a sticker on it that says 20,000 So I would venture the best you could license it for with those 6 lug wheels would be 26,000 (good news is no need for a CDL at that weight) but I doubt that truck weighs empty much less then a Top Kick. So I doubt you could legally carry more then a couple tons or yards of gravel/sand at a time. Not to mention the short box sides wouldn't hold much more. Be a kool toy but not much of a work truck. My Kenworth t800 4 axle hauls 14.3 tons in the truck and the box would haul 16 tons if allowed.
We should start a gofundme for this truck. We need another ITLKSEZ build we can follow on ecj5.
Just in case your F350 dump truck doesn't ride rough enough....
