I need some advice on how to get the screws out of a superwinch hub. The previous owner striped the heads out on them and i can't get any bit to work on them. How else could i get them out?

    Thanks!

    MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Use an Easy Out. Should be able to get at auto parts or hardware store. I'm assuming they're Allen head (hex) You may have to experiment to get the right size.

I tried some easy outs and they wouldn't work either. I'm just gonna drill the heads off and the hub should come off. Then use vise grips to get the rest of the screw out.

    Thanks for the info!

From previous experience with Fords, it is the head that siezes, not the threads. If that happened in your case, you should be able to easily remove the screws after drilling and then coat the new screwheads with anti-sieze
