1955 Jeep Willys CJ5 4 door - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle...
Saw it on eWillys this morning.
still doesn't look any better
Gotta agree with .
I dunno, I sort of like it. If it didn't have a comp cut and maybe fender flares or more proportional axles, it would be really cool
I saw that, it's local to me. Amazingly, it hasn't sold yet
I like that fact that he painted his license plate while touching up the rear bumper.
Wrong grill, wrong speedo, wrong everything.
I don’t usually say this, but it actually needs more lift and bigger tires. Maybe on Hummer (H1) wheels to help move the tires in.
I feel like it had potential but missed the mark.
The windshield angle on the rear doors bothers me the most. That door opening needs to be squared off with a custom upper door piece to fit.
As it sits, 3/10.
I've got nothing. Feel totally drained after looking at it.
I like the concept but I really really hate this execution
I see lots of options in parts here...
I agree... they are 70% of the way there, but just missed the mark on a few items. More BS on wheels, military 37's, custom rear doors that fit, and some tube fenders... you'd be most of the way to a really slick rig.
Anybody have any idea on what the back seat came out of? Think it would fit in the back of a cj6?
I would argue the front door should be like a CJ seven and then the rear doors all to be like a five squared off at the top though
I have actually given this some thought I have several tubs hanging around and a spare 350 with a sm420 bolted on it.
I don't know what it is but I think it would be too wide. Even though you have an extra 21" there would be no leg room if it was placed that far up. This view sort of shows you a 6 and the distance between the seat and rear fender well.
This is a standard seat from a newer CJ. It might be a little far back but the room was nice.
They all look like a Ford seat Lincoln or mercury suv?
Separate names with a comma.
