Kyle, with you having a pertronix ignition, how does Howell want you to obtain an ignition signal to trigger the efi?

Do you have a dual port intake ( 4 holes) or the divided plenum intake?

Ah, wondered how that would work on the dual port . That thing has some age huh? My 360 Equiflow is 30 years old and has at least 2 additional water ports.

Continuing on. I have not been working on this for more than an hour or two at a time.

Fuel pump block off plate provided by Howell.

Belting to insulate the fuel pump from exhaust heat and vibration noise.

Fuel pump and filter installed. I need to order a big Adel clamp for the fuel filter.

Insulated the fuel feed/return lines where the run near the exhaust and over the engine.

    Fuel plumbing is done.

The wiring for the injection seems to be a pretty universal kit. IE this same wiring harness would be provided for a 500 inch caddy engine. After all the bugs are worked out I'll get Steve to come over, pin out the plugs and shorten the sensor harnesses.

On the fuel pump. Is there a return line at the new pump?

    Woohoo!

I should let the OP answer, but yes the Rochester TB / pressure regulator requires a return line. It comes from the throttle body - nothing to do with the fuel pump.

The fuel return runs from the throttle body back to the tank its pulling from.

Some less than exciting stuff. 1.5" hole for the harness to pass through.
