Help me ID this heater.

    Hey there...

    I just picked up a '55 CJ5 that has been untouched since the 80's. One thing that has me curious is this heater under the dash. It looks factory and has controls that match the choke and hand throttle knobs that say "fan" and "heat" on the right of the speedo. Haven't seen any like this. Any ideas?

    Wow, Durangotang, where have you been? I wanted to meet up with you when I was in Durango with Uncle Bill and HudsonHawk a few years back.

    I would have guessed Ford just from the control knobs.
