Well i finally found pics of the way i want my tire carrier ot be like

I like it offset so i can get a cooler and some drawers made to hold stuff. Only real issue i have is making the taillights go in the bumper, i will have to install another set, but i have to figure out how to install them yet try to keep the bumper sealed. So i have to go and start collecting steel.

Here are more pictures of the setup

yeah i will defiantely use the oval lights. i am going to make the main bumper out of 2x4 3/16 thick square tubing. I wnat to keep the bumper sealed to keep out moisture (nto for an air tank or anything) but i may have to cut the bumper short and cap it and weld on an extension housing for the lgihts, or just cut out the light hole and monut the light and just cap the endds and have the bumper not totally sealed. Gonna put a receiver hitch in the center and D rings on either side. Also going to incorporate the rear corner body monuts to keep the rear stable. and mount 2 ammo cans on theeir sides and then the cooler on top of them in a basket. Trying to make as much room for stuff so i can keep the rear seat for the kids.

Also kicking around an idea to make a small extension box on the rear of the jeep like the ones that were available for the jeep, but only make it extend about 4-6 inches fro mthe rear of the body to get some more room inside.

    Many things to think about

I've seen a lot of those racks on landcruisers out here on various different trails. I allways wondered if their coolers came home with rock rash. R)

How about some oval LED taillights? :)

Might just be the angle of the pic...but will the tire and cooler stick out from the side of the Jeep?

That also looks like one of those 'spensive ARB fridges..hate to back that into a tree.
