Has anyone changed out there front diff cover on a Roxor with stock tie rods and been able to get full lock to lock steering? I installed a Ruff Stuff cover and it won't clear on a left turn. Looking for ideas before I waste some more money.
    Thanks

I’m not familiar with the Roxor set up, but I’d suggest looking for offset tie rod ends...if you can find some to fit, you will likely have the clearance you need.

I looked around but can't find a right hand one with the hole for the link to steering box.

I got covers with drains in em sitting on the shelf not installed yet. Been lazy. Been debating the final plans for the diffs. I wanna get more wheel time to see how I like the gearing and such. So far I'm perfectly fine with the 3.73.

Is it possible to make up custom tie rod and drag links out of DOM to have access to the offset TRE’s?....Just an idea. How similar is the Roxor steering to the CJ?

Of all the HD diff covers I’ve seen, the Riddler stuff is pretty low profile.

The Roxor uses a single hole knuckle, I can't seem to find an offset tie rod end with a drag link socket in it. Anyone have any ideas on one? I thought about using a set of Dana 30 knuckles but then I would lose the disc brake that fits stock 15" wheels.
    Thanks

My buddy came over and we think we may have figured out a solution, doing a tie rod flip and going with 1 ton TRE's. That should put the above the hump in cover and add strength to them as well.
    Thanks
