Yeah!! What MOP said.
:iagree: Some people have all the nerve! R)
Anybody else agree?
What're you getting at?:?
I was simply presenting an obvious soloution to a most difficult problem
anyone else agree ?????
Can we start over, I forgot what the problem was.
Lessee, Sparky's Jeep...............
if we do that, will we get to the soloution that much quicker ?
okay, let's do it.
Sparky: my Jeep cuts out at highway speeds in 3rd gear, what could it be ?
Glenn, Patrick, and Jim: you should replace the carb base gasket
there, that was easy !
Needs a carb base gasket
Dammit Sparky, we told you so!
Sorry, got distracted by work. I'm thinking carb gasket just a bit too small, causing a vacuum leak that's kinda hard to catch due to the location.
I think the crank needs a zipper.
I mean think about it for a second, the cam gets a button, so why shouldn't the crank get a zipper?
Resisting urge take advantage of wording in reply.
I can think of several cranks that need a zipper....R) R)
So was Sparky's problem caused by the lack of cam button or was it caused by the carb gasket? I never did hear the truth. Then again did Sparky ever really have a problem? that is the question we should be asking.
