1959 *JEEP * *FC150* *4X4* FORWARD CONTROL
The same one is on ewillys for $10,000.
I see myself driving it into a jeep event with beer taps all down the side of the trailer
All kidding aside, that would make one awesome food truck!
Why does it say Peterbuilt on it?
It's very nicely done, I just don't like it.
1959 FC-150 w/ Trailer Spruce Pine, NC $9500
That's a whole lot to ask of an F head...otherwise, I like it.
Too much crome for your taste as well?
Seriously though it is pretty cool but as stated before, a lot for an F-head, maybe an FC170 would have been a better base
I remembered seeing this a while back while cruising the FC connection a while back but jeep did think of something like this, even had a plan to power the trailer
1958 Product Engineering Design Concepts
That trailer better be ice cold.
So if you send power thru the kingpin what happens when the jeep is 4 wheels on ice and the trailer is not?
I like it a lot!
When I pictured it in my mind it was in the style of Looney Toons and I think that made it more accurate in a weird way
A little over the top, the "Peterbuilt" badge & hood ornament are a bit jarring.
My main issue is it seems to be a classic example of "just because you can doesn't mean it's a good idea", that's a lot of (admittedly good) work for something that's only ever going to be an oddball showpiece.
I think its really cool and have zero interest to own it...
So if the dual stacks are funcional, I wonder if they mean both sides?
They ruined a nice FC with a bunch of bolt-on crap.
FEF... Front End Friday the 13th...
Even the turn signals...
