Last week I decided to check the points on LeRoy. Took the cap off, checked the points with feeler gauge and needed to adjust them. Got screwdrivers and reset them, put the cap back on and hit the key...… Would not hit a lick ! I set there a minute running my brain trying to figure out what I did wrong. Jumped out, raised the hood, took the cap off and there it was. The rotor was still sitting on top of the battery... I might be losing it ??? ps. it did start and run better...….
