Dead battery...

    I'd lean toward the plates touching in the batt.
    I had a AZ Duralast and it got me. :oops:
    Same thing you describe. Worked fine and then nothing one day.
    Jumped it off and it was fine for a few weeks then it did it again.
    Swapped it out with another one and it worked fine.

    one of your batt cables has a replacement end at the battery.
    I suspect corrosion inside the cable that you can't see.
    this would mean you are only "trickle" charging the battery
    and you drive short distances from home to work and back to home

    not the terminals
    slice back some of the cable shrouding and inspect

    Might be where those wires clamp down at the connector too. May look clean, but its surprising just how little corrosion it takes to screw things up electrically.
    Had to replace my ground wire for the same reason this summer. Looked clean, I cleaned it, it still gave me problems till I replaced the negative batt wire.

    Yes, I've checked this...... The battery has died twice in the last several months....... I think the battery itself is at fault....

    No verdict... The Jeep has started every morning since...... Hence the mystery...
