Ok my CJ5 with Dautntless V6 has sat and lingered for a long time. I am running into a few problems rewiring it. All I should need to do is finish rewiring and put on exhaust and then trouble shoot everything.

Two problems while wiring up gauges have popped up.
    1) Oil pressure sending unit. Where on the V6 dauntless is the port to connect to?

    2) Water temp/ temp control for fan. I have the temp sending unit mounted already for my fan, however my water temp gauge uses same type of connection. I am using an auto meter gauge that has a copper? coated wire that goes to the gauge. Can I get a T fitting and use both or will there be a problem because they would not be down in the flow correctly?

Its been so long I may have overlooked these all along or just forgotten along the way.

The oil pressure sending unit goes on the passenger side of the block just behind the timing cover edge and just below the cylinder head.
Generally the temp sending unit for an electirc fan goes on the radiator and the temp gauge goes on the intake manifold.

There is a strong possibility that using a "T" fitting would create an air pocket which would render both senders useless. You would need a bleeder valve at the highest point of the "T" or 3-way to make it work properly. JMHO.

OK, got the oil pressure figured out. A long time ago we put a zerk fitting in that hole to keep it from leaking (it fit in hole and kept it from leaking oil). Thats why I had the original in the box with the new gauge, just kept overlooking where it went.

My fan wiring harness will take a little more work. Its a BeCool unit and wants a 3/8-18 mount (preferable in cylinder head). But I don't think there are any extra holes. I can mount either my temp gauges or the fan wiring harness. I will call BeCool and see if they have any other options for me.

Not too clear to me on your temp gauge. Is it a mechanical gauge or Electrical? If electrical, you could put a (T) in your heater hose (possibly)..

It is a solid copper wire from the sender all the way to the gauge. The sending unit for the fan controller is an electrical. I called BeCool and they said there are two options, an inline radiator hose, and a spacer for thermostat housing.

Both add a 3/8 threaded hole for sensor mounting. They gave me a part number for one, not for other.
    Found it on Summit

This would work I suppose. I would have to come up with a new heater hose, Took me forever to find one that worked. (Fiero radiator) Would have to get one, splice this in the middle or someplace inline.

Also found weld in bungs, If found a good spot to add one.

Edit - realized this morning poor answer to question above. Its a mechanical gauge.
