I have a Koenig model 74 PTO for a Dana20, that I have yet to install. The question I am trying to answer is this. :?

Once installed, the forward facing shaft, does it turn clockwise or counter, when viewed from the front. Assuming you are in a forward gear.

I will find out as soon as I get it installed, but if it's turning the wrong direction, for my purposes, I need to start building a gear box to change it's direction. Which will delay my project.

If it runs off of the intermediate gear, that gears turns the opposite direction the driveshaft turns. You should be able to figure it out which way it turns, then turn the driven gear on the PTO and see which way the shaft turns. You might have to jack up the rear axle and turn the wheels to figure out which the driveshaft turns. I used to know that. Now I just don't recall. Good luck.
